EXERCISE 2

The general rule for creating "Activity Descriptions as we had done in the previous exercise is that they should be clear, concise and unambiguous.

In this exercise we are going to update our "Activity Scope" data in our Activity Data Sheet. The purpose of this is to provide a detailed description of the activity.

Pleas review the Activity Data List as provided in exercise 1 and attempt to define your "Activity Description" further to suit the above rule and supplement it with further detailed information in the "Activity Scope" field.

On your Activity Data Sheet, please add a field to your activity data sheet as indicated on section 1 sample solution for completing exercise 2.

Once you have completed your exercise, please compare your results with the template example on the following page.

For this exercise, provided you are satisfied you understand the objective, there is no need for you to update your results to that of the template.
